WellDecoded is in early access. Right now the only information we collect is what you choose to give us on the founding list form. This page explains what that is and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address
- Your state and when you last tested your well, if you tell us
- Anything you write in the optional note
- The country your request came from and the page that referred you, so we know which outreach is working
We use privacy friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
What we do with it
We use your email to tell you when WellDecoded opens and, if you're happy to, to ask what would make it more useful. Your answers help us decide what to build first.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information
- Share it with filter companies, treatment dealers or advertisers
- Send you marketing from anyone else
Where it's stored
Signups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Email is handled through Google Workspace.
Your choices
Reply to any email from us, or write to nour@welldecoded.com, and we'll remove you from the list and delete your information. You can also ask to see what we hold about you.
When we launch
Before you can upload a lab report, we'll update this page to explain exactly how reports are stored, how long we keep them and how to delete them. We'll email the founding list when that happens.
